I can not place orders on your site.

Is it possible to pay by check?
We don't accept payment by check for international orders.

I bought a record in preorder. When shall I receive it?
The records purchased in preorder are sent 2 days before their official release date.

Does the price include postal charges?
All prices are including postage for the world, whatever the destination.

I received my order but the jewel box of my record is broken.
You must inform us of any damage occurred during transport of any product you ordered at mailorder [@] debruitetdesilence.com within 48 hours. After this time, no claim concerning the state of arrival of your order will be considered.
If the jewel box of your record has been damaged during transport, we will send you a new jewel box when we will receive your claim.
For any other claim, please write to us at mailorder [@] debruitetdesilence.com

I received an email confirming shipment of my order but to date I still have not received my order?
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be sent within a period of 24h to 48h. If you have not received your order a week after we have informed you that it was sent, please contact us at mailorder [@] debruitetdesilence.com enclosing the order number.
